Mali Parke is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Core To Coeur LLC, offering R.I.S.E. (Relational Interdependent Systemic Emergence) Coaching and Consulting to individuals and organizations.
She brings a depth of experience and trainings in Relational Neuroscience, Equity and Inclusion Culture & Climate, Restorative & Transformative Justice and Regenerative Change Continuum practices.
Mali works with schools, organizations, communities and individuals to bring a proactive, positive and courageous relational practices as well as a systemic, community and individual approach to behavior challenges and conflicts. She develops and facilitates professional development trainings and workshops for the past 10 years. Some of her consulting projects include whole-school restorative implementation at Columbia Heights Education Campus (CHEC), Mundo Verde schools, AppleTree network and L.A.M.B. Corporate coaching and consulting clients include the PeaceCorp, the Goethe Institute, All Souls Church, One Big Circle (Family HEART Camp) summer camp organization as well as major individual leaders in the political, human rights and social change fields.
Mali is a social justice activist day in and day out and single raises two teenagers, her greatest teachers yet, to be empathic courageous responsible multi-cultural beings. She is a founding board member of a DC public charter school. She is a contributing trainer and member of the DC chapter of Nonviolent Communication as well as the DC Peace Team. She is fluent in English and French. Mali practices daily meditation, breathwork and yoga since 2005.
